Lately I have been trying to do keto friendly foods in our house. Sometimes my problem can be that I want to be more creative with my food and some keto recipes are so simple. Again, I don’t like to cook simple but this is a VERY simple and quite tasty!
I took a head of cabbage and cut it up into wedges. Then wrapped bacon around each wedge.
Set your oven for 350* and bake for about 30 minutes. They will be done when your bacon looks cooked so depending on the thickness of your bacon will determine how long it will take to be completely cooked.
Now, that is simple!!! And a great addition to a meal or to use as you main entree for a keto friendly meal. Add a salad and you are done. Yum!!
