Every week when I go to the store I write out a menu with at least 4 dinners for the week so I thought I would start sharing them with you. I also write out a grocery list for each store. This list helps me stay on track and it helps me to get everything I need at the store. I know some of you shop on line so this could be very helpful for you to. I shop at a grocery store like Harris Teeter and then the Super G which is a International market. I sometime also shop at Walmart but you can’t order your groceries there and they don’t always have everything..
Here is a list of my meals for this week:
Gorgonzola Pasta with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Crab Cakes with Sweet Potato Fries
Eggplant Parmesan with Salad and Bread
I have already bought and made most of these but this is a sample menu. I am committing to 1 month of planned dinners and recipes with grocery list.
